Under the vision of Chairman Imran Khan and the leadership of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur, another practical step towards digital transformation has been taken — the province’s fifth Citizen Facilitation Center has been formally inaugurated in Mardan. The inauguration of the Citizen Facilitation Center in Mardan was performed by Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on Science and Information Technology, Dr. Shafqat Ayaz. On this occasion, Provincial Minister for Food Muhammad Zahir Shah, Commissioner Mardan Javed Marwat, Deputy Commissioner Mardan, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chairman Mardan Board Professor Jahanzeb, officers from the Department of Science and Information Technology.
The Mardan Citizen Facilitation Center will provide citizens with more than 26 government services under one roof. These services include:
Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Shafqat Ayaz said that now citizens will no longer need to visit different offices for these tasks, as all facilities will be available in one place under one system. This initiative is a revolutionary step towards public convenience, transparency, and easy access to government services.
